Subject : Ban on Use of Covered Parking Areas For Cooking
Dear Members / Residents,
Please be advised that a provision has been made for a dedicated, covered cooking area adjacent to the Mother Dairy Booth, which also has a water supply as well as a proper washing area. This is the designated space which should be used for cooking, etc. in the event of any member hosting a function, whether in the Community Hall or at their respective residences.
Further, please note that henceforth covered parking spaces in the stilt area, or any other spaces in common area, should not be used for the purpose of setting up a temporary kitchen, as the use of a gas cylinder in confined spaces poses a fire risk not only to the vehicles parked in the vicinity, but also endangers the building structure itself.
All are requested to kindly cooperate in the matter, in the interest of safety of all members.
