Owners & Tenants Records Update

Reference is hereby made to Rule 103 of the Delhi Cooperative Societies Rules of 2007, which states as under:

QUOTE

“Co-operative housing society to maintain register of its properties with prescribed details. The properties of a co-operative housing society, which include land either as freehold or lease hold, the buildings, all improvements and structures thereon, all easements, rights and appurtenances belonging thereto and all articles of personal property intended for use in connection therewith, which have been or are intended to be subject to the provisions of this Act, shall be maintained in Form No. 24 and shall be revised and revaluated annually. The committee shall also maintain record of the members, owner of dwelling units and tenants etc. The committee shall obtain the copy of the document from every resident or occupant of the dwelling unit entitling him the occupancy of the same.”

In order to comply with the above, all members are requested fill up the online form below with the relevant details at the earliest.  Those who have tenants residing in the flat are also requested to kindly upload a copy of the rent agreement form, or submit the same in the office in case it has not already been submitted earlier.
